Calvin Klein Reveal EDP - Review

As Summer changes to Autumn and Autumn turns to Winter I like to swap my perfume to something a bit more season appropriate and this is where the delightful new fragrance from Calvin Klein enters...

Calvin Klein Reveal EDP is described as defining a new olfactive category – the solar oriental
characterised by intriguing duality, unexpected freshness, and enveloping warmth.

For the first time in fragrance, a highly sensorial raw salt signature captures traces of the erotic scent of skin. The surprising raw salt signature melts into a heart of glorious orris, and the drydown is characterised by sensual sandalwood, reverting back to Calvin’s core identity.
Top Notes: Salt, Pink Pepper, Black Pepper, White Pepper
Heart Notes: Oris, Ambergris, Solar Accord
Base Notes: Sandalwood, Musk, Cashmeran

My thoughts

Reveal is a bit of a revelation for me as it starts off fresh, a little salty which I simply adore and then with almost perfect timing draws slightly sweet and with an intense warmness that is like being wrapped in Cashmere. Rarely do perfume descriptions describe perfectly what you get but in this case it is literally on the note...Warm, sensual and sophisticated. I love it.

Calvin Klein Reveal EDP 50ml costs £52 from Debenhams
